Singularity Correction - Address Standardization and Correction
Address correction standardizes your address, city, province and
postal code data. Spelling mistakes and formatting errors are
automatically fixed, and a status code is appended to indicate which
changes were made. Singularity Correction is designed to pre-format
your address data prior to sending to a letter shop or through a
Canada Post SERP-recognized address correction service.

Geographic coding and mapping customer data

Data Accuracy Services
Inaccurate information can cost you enormously. Inconsistent data
entry can result in duplicate mail pieces, lost or mad customers, or
more serious problems if your database is one that records medical
information or other data of extreme importance.
Our mission is to improve the accuracy of name
and address data on your mailing lists, providing a level of
capability that no other company can provide. For example -
take something common like misspelled surnames; we typically identify errors in 1%-5% of
surnames on data coming to us for correction. Every one of these
misspelled names is another customer being alienated every time a
piece of mail arrives. Using statistical data in our Singularity™
database, we can zero-in on the misspellings and fix a large
percentage of them.
