Services)
For ten years we've seen databases and mailing lists with enormous
numbers of errors. Our mission is to improve the accuracy of name
and address data on your mailing lists, providing a level of
capability that no other company can provide.
A good example is misspelled surnames; we typically identify errors in 1%-5% of surnames on
data coming to us for correction. Every one of these misspelled
names is another customer being alienated every time a piece of mail
arrives. Using our proprietary WAVE™ process, we are able to quickly
correct these names. This saves you money, and keeps your customers
and donors happy.
We can check for the following information:

We understand that you spend a lot of time keeping your data clean,
and that you might feel there are no errors. That may be the case,
but we're so confident of our capabilities that we offer our data
accuracy services on a risk-free basis.
For our WAVE-enabled solutions, we charge only for those records we
actually change, and a nominal ($50) fee to load the data. That
means that there is no risk to you in asking us to review
your mailing list. If you can send us the data in our standard
format, and we find nothing wrong with the names on your list, then
we'll only charge you $50. It doesn't matter if you send us a
thousand records or a million. There is no passing charge for any of
the services we provide using WAVE™.
Restrictions
In order to eligible for the $50 load charge, your data must be
in comma-delimited or DBF format, and must have a specific field
layout if in comma-delimited format. We can accept data in
many formats, but if it requires a great deal of
manipulation to load, we may charge additional fees. We will give
you a firm price for this in advance of performing any work.
